One of Empiric's major customers in the HR technology consulting space has given us visibility of an important hire for them - a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager in France. This business has invested heavily and significantly grown its practice over the last few years, becoming a dominant player in the industry.

They are now seeking to add expertise in project management, given the strong demand for SAP HR implementations and the necessary personnel to execute them.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management - managing the full lifecycle of SuccessFactors projects across various industries, covering planning, execution and closure.
• Requirements Gathering - acting as the point of contact for the client, to understand their specific HR needs.
• Solution Design & Configuration - experience in designing and configuring SuccessFactors modules throughout your career, across Employee Central, RCM/RMK, LMS, Onboarding 2.0, etc.
• Timeline & Budget Management - track and ensure alignment with timelines, budget, scope, and resource planning in order for requirements to be met.

Requirements:

• French fluency
• Previous experience working as a Project Manager for SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Additional experience delivering projects including other SAP technologies is helpful
