SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Project Consultant | France

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Project Consultant to support the HR Projects & Information Systems team across multiple SuccessFactors initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support across Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation & Onboarding
• Support configuration and delivery of 2027 annual appraisal, professional interview & salary review campaigns
• Design and execute functional acceptance testing , manage test results and follow up on defects
• Support production releases and ensure solution quality
• Optimize and simplify Recruitment & Onboarding processes
• Drive change management , including user communications, guides and operational procedures
• Work closely with HRIS, HR business teams and implementation partners
• Prepare detailed UAT/acceptance documentation and test scenarios
• Provide effective user support and operational assistance
• Bring a proactive approach with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Pléiade For You is a plus

Ideal Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors project environments
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
• Hands-on experience with configuration, UAT, production support xuezdbg and user assistance
• Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Compensation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Autonomous, structured and proactive approach
