SAP Success Factors ECP + Payroll

We are supporting a major SAP Public Cloud implementation project in France and are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with extensive expertise in French payroll localisation.

The consultant will act as the French Payroll Subject Matter Expert, ensuring full compliance with French payroll legislation while supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Configuration

• Configure payroll schemas and payroll rules for France
• Adapt payroll calculations to legal and business requirements
• Customise standard SAP payroll functionality

Wage Types & Payroll Processes

• Create and maintain wage types
• Configure wage type and infotype mappings
• Configure statutory deductions and contributions
• Ensure compliance with French payroll standards

French Localisation

• Implement and validate:
  • Social security contributions
  • Employer and employee deductions
  • Prélévement à la Source (PAS)
  • DSN reporting requirements

Integration

• Configure and validate Employee Central to ECP integration
• Ensure accurate data replication between systems
• Troubleshoot integration and payroll data issues

Testing & Documentation

• Define and execute payroll testing scenarios
• Support UAT and payroll validation activities
• Produce detailed configuration and functional documentation
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to project teams and stakeholders

Required Experience

• Extensive SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience
• Strong expertise in French payroll localisation
• In-depth understanding of:
  • French labour law
  • Social contributions and taxation
  • PAS requirements
  • DSN reporting
• Hands-on payroll schema and wage type configuration experience
• Experience with EC-Payroll integrations

Nice to Have

• SAP Public Cloud project experience
• International or multi-country implementation experience
• Employee Central (EC) expertise
