Overview

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a SAP Manufacturing Execution Specialist to join the Methods & Tools Department based in Marignane, France. The role involves shaping the future of aeronautics and contributing to the digital transformation of aircraft assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Build or contribute to a strategic vision and roadmap of processes, methods, tools, and data for Operations.
• Develop, deploy, continuously enhance, and support the end-to-end process, methods & tools framework, data and associated business Information System to enable operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence of the Operations community to processes and tools.
• Provide expertise to and support Operations operators on processes, methods & tools, and data.
• Create, maintain, or provide support documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of training material and perform awareness sessions.
• Perform change management within the Operations community.
• Lead or support cross-functional, multi-site or transnational business continuity/continuous improvement projects as part of the Process/Methods & Tools/data analytics roadmap in Agile Safe or Waterfall methodology.
• Act as the interface to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and other Method & Tools domains of other directorates (e.g., Engineering, Quality).
• Support audits and ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
• Provide or support cost improvement actions: analyze possibilities, create concepts and propose technical solutions.
• Develop the Operations Process, Methods & Tools, data competencies, knowledge and community of practice.
• Define and implement applicable processes for myCES.
• Manage and develop outsourced/subcontracted activities (work specifications, follow-up of deliverables, etc.).
• Take over the role of data officer, data custodian, and manage Process/Methods & Tools for data analytics and data quality for Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Approx. 5 years of experience on ERP development, deployment, and support in industry.
• Experience in SAP PP / CS / QM modules.
• Knowledge of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Knowledge on Business Intelligence (data aggregation and reporting).
• Project management skills (Waterfall and Agile methodology).
• Good communication skills and ability to translate end-user needs into clear requirements.
• Ability to work in a transnational environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
