Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SAP Sales Business Analyst - CoE for ERP Spares & Services (M / F) to join our ERP CoE Spares & Services Department based in Toulouse, France. The Spares & Services Digital Department is the key provider of IT solutions for Airbus Material Management’s Spares and Customer Services organizations worldwide, serving a large community of 20,000 internal and external users. We manage a portfolio of applications, predominantly SAP‑based, many of which are business‑critical. Our mission is to continuously support and advise the Airbus Customer Service organization on all information system topics related to spares, kits supply chain and production, including sales, distribution, procurement, warehousing, production, quality, and planning.

Your challenges
- Address the business process needs.
- Customize the relevant SAP modules to link business needs with SAP standard solutions.
- Promote and deliver solutions to the business.
- Organise gap analysis loops and drive business to revert to standard.
- Lead the decision process by business value.
- For relevant topics, manage a product backlog when the standard cannot be applied.
- Manage the project activities to build and deploy the IT solutions.
Your boarding pass
- Proven experience of SAP SD modules; MM is a plus.
- Experience in SAP S/4 projects is a plus.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of SAP logistics and sales business processes is a plus.
- Capability to challenge business needs to align with standard functions.
- Language skills: negotiation level of English; German or French is a plus.
- Having a delivery and customer‑oriented mindset is essential.
- Thinking innovative and working autonomously is part of your professional DNA.
- Good communication skills and capacity to drive change.
- Team‑player but also able to work independently in a result‑driven manner.
