SAP S/4 Programme Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major ERP transformation programme across EMEA.

This is a senior role requiring strong programme leadership, governance and stakeholder management, working across business, IT, data, integration and external implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the SAP S/4 ERP programme across multiple EMEA locations.
• Manage programme governance, including RAID logs, RACI, steering committees and executive reporting .
• Coordinate business, IT, data, integration, testing and external partner workstreams.
• Own programme scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks and change control .
• Ensure readiness for data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover, deployment and go-live .
• Drive business readiness, change management, user adoption and transition into operations.
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear reporting to executive leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• 8-12+ years' Project/Programme Management experience in complex international environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP programmes, ideally SAP S/4HANA .
• Strong experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent governance, risk, stakeholder and executive management skills.
• Professional fluency in French and English .
• SAP, manufacturing/industrial experience and PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification are desirable.
