Job Summary

• Experienced and business-focused SAP Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA processes.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, and support implementation and enhancement initiatives across multiple SAP modules.
• Actively participate in S4HANA Brownfield Implementation
• The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP FI, SD, and MM, along with hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• The consultant will collaborate with offshore delivery teams for developments, enhancements, testing, and support activities while ensuring effective communication with business users and leadership teams.
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional expert and advisor for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA business processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend SAP solutions aligned with best practices.
• Lead and support SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and transformation projects.
• Provide functional expertise in SAP FI (Finance), SD (Sales & Distribution), and MM (Materials Management).
• Coordinate with offshore development and support teams for:
  • Developments
  • Testing activities
  • Production support
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions with business users.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination between onsite business teams and offshore delivery teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization initiatives.
• Support integration discussions across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Hands‑on functional expertise in:
  • SAP FI
  • SAP SD
  • SAP MM (preferred)
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and SAP integrations.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user support.
• Experience coordinating with offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct business workshops and end‑user training sessions.

Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
