Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead business-critical SAP initiatives and drive successful project delivery across multiple stakeholders and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation, transformation, upgrade, and enhancement projects from initiation through go-live.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand high-level requirements during project inception phases.
• Translate business objectives into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, risks, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business teams, technical teams, vendors, and project sponsors.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive-level presentations.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and project methodologies.
• Drive project planning, execution, testing, change management, and user adoption activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience managing SAP projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions, capabilities, and business process constraints.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and multicultural project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels, from operational users to Board Directors.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and governance experience.
• Experience in project initiation, business requirement gathering, and solution discovery phases.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or equivalent certification is a plus.
