SAP Product Manager Production (d/f/m)

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of Airbus Helicopters business processes in Production & Production Planning, ideally end‑to‑end for Industry and ED.
• Understand the key drivers and measures of success for the business and the short-, mid- and long‑term roadmap.
• Have strong knowledge of ERP technologies, mainly SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC6 (incl. SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, SAP PEO).
• Analyse and understand business requirements on Production and Planning & Scheduling processes and translate needs into IT requirements and solutions.
• Be accountable for the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialisation, operation and retirement.
• Ensure IT solution delivery meets the specified and validated requirements (make or buy).
• Manage IT activities while implementing Production and Production Planning & Scheduling processes into SAP S/4 HANA (incl. SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, SAP PEO).
• Participate in projects and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technologies, information management or a related field.
• Several years of experience with SAP products supporting Production and Planning & Scheduling processes (SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, SAP PEO).
• Experience in activity management and follow‑up, preferably with agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) – mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in French and German is helpful.
• Autonomous, flexible, curious, with strong communication skills, entrepreneurial, customer‑oriented and deep knowledge of SAP IT implementations.
• Team player, team‑oriented and service‑mindful.
