SAP French Payroll Consultant | Immediate Start | Freelance or Permanent

At Camarade, we’re looking to connect with experienced SAP French Payroll consultants to support multiple SAP Payroll projects across France and international client environments.

This is an opportunity to work on end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations, alongside experienced specialists, with real ownership across design, configuration, testing and go-live.

We are open to both freelance consultants and permanent professionals with strong implementation and configuration SAP expertise.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and contribute to the Business Blueprint
• Lead and participate in client workshops to define and finalise requirements
• Configure SAP French Payroll (PY-FR) in line with the agreed solution
• Perform unit testing and document the configuration
• Support and guide clients through User Acceptance Testing
• Coordinate and document parallel payroll testing
• Provide hypercare and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with other SAP Payroll specialists to deliver robust solutions for the client

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP French Payroll (PY-FR) configuration
• Strong understanding of French payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• Experience delivering end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations
• Solid understanding of payroll configuration, testing and go-live activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• French and English language proficiency
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of deliverables through to completion
• Comfortable working collaboratively within an international SAP environment
