Context

A leading global Consumer Healthcare organization is continuing its large-scale ERP transformation journey across commercial, supply chain, finance, and enterprise operations functions.

As part of this programme, the organization is seeking experienced SAP O2C Functional Consultants to support the design, deployment, optimization, and governance of global Order-to-Cash processes. The consultants will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure seamless end-to-end O2C process execution across multiple markets and business units.

This role sits within a mature ERP organization led by experienced functional experts and will play a key role in delivering scalable and standardized SAP solutions aligned with global business objectives.

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced SAP O2C Functional Consultants with strong expertise across SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.

The role combines business process analysis , functional solution design , stakeholder engagement , requirements gathering , solution deployment , and continuous process improvement across the O2C landscape.

Successful candidates will be comfortable operating within complex global environments and partnering with both business and IT stakeholders to drive ERP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Order-to-Cash functional design and implementation activities
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Configure and optimize SAP SD processes aligned with business needs
• Support Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Customer Master Data, and Returns processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to standardize and improve O2C operating models
• Provide functional expertise during solution design workshops and process discussions
• Support system testing, UAT activities, defect resolution, and deployment activities
• Work closely with technical teams, integration teams, and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across commercial and customer-facing processes
• Ensure documentation, governance, and process compliance standards are maintained
• Support global template deployments, enhancements, and transformation initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor for O2C process optimization and SAP best practices

Required Experience

• Strong experience as an SAP O2C Functional Consultant or SAP SD Consultant
• Proven expertise within SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes
• Experience supporting global ERP transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation capabilities
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
• Experience with testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support activities
• Strong communication skills with both business and IT audiences
• Experience operating within large, global matrix organizations

Nice to Have

• Experience within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare organizations
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Exposure to SAP GTS, SAP TM or Customer Master governance processes
• Experience with global template rollouts and multi-country deployments
• Previous leadership or team management experience within SAP functional organizations
• Experience supporting commercial excellence and customer operations initiatives
