Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Leader – SAP (MM/EWM) to manage the operations, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of SAP applications and related IT services. This role will lead service excellence, stakeholder engagement, business process optimization, and SAP MM/EWM solution delivery across Europe AME.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP EWM, S/4HANA, service management, stakeholder management, and supply chain operations .

Key Responsibilities

IT Service Delivery & Operations

• Lead delivery and support of defined IT applications and infrastructure services.
• Manage service operations, tools, and resources including IT Service Catalog and Asset Management systems.
• Generate service delivery metrics, scorecards, SLAs, customer satisfaction, and NPS reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and suppliers regarding service-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and Operational Level Agreements.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous service improvements.
• Champion ITIL standards and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge base documentation.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to improve service quality, reliability, and performance.
• Monitor service health, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams.

SAP Solution Design & Configuration

• Gather and analyze business requirements across Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Operations .
• Recommend best-fit SAP standard solutions.
• Configure and validate SAP MM modules including:
• Purchasing
• Sourcing
• Release Strategies
• Procurement Types
• MRP
• Stock Types
• Batch Management
• Configure and validate SAP EWM modules including:
• Warehouse Structure
• Storage Types / Bins
• Putaway Strategies
• Stock Removal Strategies
• Staging
• Physical Inventory
• Work with technical teams on integrations (IDocs/API), forms, and Fiori applications.
• Prepare functional specifications, testing documents, and UAT scripts.

Enhancement Delivery & Support

• Lead fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions for business requirements.
• Manage transports, change control documentation, and release readiness.
• Own incident/problem management for MM/EWM applications.
• Perform root cause analysis and stabilization improvements.
• Coordinate UAT and go-live readiness with stakeholders.
• Act as BSM / BRM owner for MM/EWM stakeholders across Supply Chain and MRC operations.
• Build strong business relationships and prioritize demand pipeline.
• Communicate roadmaps and enable business value realization.
• Manage relationships with SAP support and implementation partners.
• Coordinate escalations with global SAP delivery teams.

• Maintain master data quality for materials, plants, storage locations, and warehouse attributes.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM & SAP EWM
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA environment
• Hands-on configuration experience in MM and EWM modules
• Experience with Solution Manager / CHaRM
• Experience in support, enhancements, and transformation programs

Preferred Experience

• SAP S/4HANA Certifications (MM / EWM)
• Exposure to integration tools such as MuleSoft
• Experience in Manufacturing industry projects

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
