Job Description
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a SAP HCM Technical Consultant (BIB & Infoporter) to strengthen our SAP HR team.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimizing HR data integration and replication solutions across SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors landscapes. Working on international projects, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, scalable and high‑quality HR solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support employee master data replication using SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB).
- Design, maintain and optimize integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM / ECP.
- Develop and maintain HR data extraction solutions using Infoporter.
- Support HR data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
- Produce functional and technical specifications.
- Execute testing phases (Unit, Integration and UAT).
- Participate in cutover, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, integration specialists and business stakeholders.
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY, TM)
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB)
- SAP Infoporter
- Employee data replication
- HR Master Data & Infotypes
- Data migration and validation
- ABAP debugging
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Point‑to‑Point (PTP) replication or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands‑on experience with BIB and Infoporter.
- Experience supporting HR data migration and integration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
