SAP Functional Consultant BPC Planification

Job Description

We are looking for a Functional Consultant (Planning) to join our SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation team. The consultant will play a key role in the Business Process Reengineering (BPR/BPC) stream, focusing on planning processes. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing optimized planning solutions, and supporting the deployment of SAP S/4HANA to enable best-in-class processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional expert for Planning processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Conduct business process analysis and participate in BPC workshops to challenge and redesign existing processes
• Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and target operating model
• Configure SAP S/4HANA Planning modules to meet business needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and industry best practices
• Support integration with other functional areas (Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance)
• Conduct testing activities (unit tests, integration tests, UAT) and support data migration for planning-related objects
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to key users
• Contribute to project deliverables (blueprints, functional specs, test scripts, cutover plan)
• Ensure compliance with project methodology (Agile / Activate)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in SAP Demand & Supply Planning
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Planning modules
• Proven track record in Greenfield implementations and/or large‑scale BPC initiatives
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (forecasting, demand planning, production planning, MRP, capacity planning)
• Ability to facilitate workshops and work with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Fluent in French & English (additional languages are a plus)
• French citizenship
