SAP FICO Domain Lead Controlling Focused (CO-PC CO-PA)

We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA FI/CO expert to join a major finance transformation program as Domain Lead for FI & CO , with a strong emphasis on Controlling (CO-PC / CO-PA) .

This is a leadership role within a large-scale S/4HANA implementation where you will own Finance & Controlling design across multiple entities, ensuring accurate product costing, margin transparency, and robust FI/CO integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FI & CO domain design within an S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud program
• Own Product Costing (CO-PC): standard costing, variances, Material Ledger, actual costing
• Drive Margin Analysis (CO-PA): profitability by product, customer & business unit
• Design and optimise cost allocations (freight, charges, rebates management)
• Facilitate workshops, define future-state processes, and support rollout & go-live
• Act as subject matter expert and influence senior finance stakeholders

Required Experience

• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI & CO)
• Deep hands-on experience in CO-PC and CO-PA (Margin Analysis)
• Strong FI integration knowledge across MM, SD and PP
• Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation experience
• Comfortable operating as both solution architect and hands-on consultant
