Title : SAP EWM Business Process Consultant

Location : Remote; support for a manufacturing facility in France

Duration : 12-18 Month

Job Description

• Provide functional support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management processes, transactions, incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
• Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, inventory, physical inventory, RF, monitoring, exception handling, and master data processes.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and SAP support teams.
• Support warehouse, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders.
• Provide end-user training, process consultation, documentation, knowledge transfer, and change management support.
• Troubleshoot SAP EWM process issues and coordinate with technical teams.
• Participate in project, hypercare, issue triage, user workshop, business meeting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support SAP EWM integration with SAP S/4HANA, MM, PP, QM, transportation, and logistics processes.
• Work remotely while supporting a manufacturing site in France, with availability during France business hours or significant overlap with those hours.

Skills

• Seven or more years of SAP experience, including at least five years focused on SAP EWM.
• Hands-on experience with inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, inventory, physical inventory, RF transactions, warehouse monitoring, exception handling, and master data management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting production, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotech, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with SAP EWM integration to SAP S/4HANA, MM, PP, QM, transportation, and logistics processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and troubleshoot issues with technical teams.
• Strong business-user engagement, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing user training, process documentation, knowledge transfer, and change management support.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• French language proficiency is highly preferred; English is mandatory.
• SAP EWM certification, shared services or Business Process Knowledge Center experience, and SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation or post-go-live support experience are preferred.
