The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Functional Lead for leading enterprise-scale Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) transformations. This role provides strategic direction, solution architecture leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance across complex Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) programs. The individual acts as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders, defining future-state monetization platforms that support subscription, consumption-based, and recurring revenue business models.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define enterprise monetization and billing transformation roadmaps. Advise clients on subscription, usage-based, and recurring revenue business models. Develop BRIM strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Lead executive workshops and strategic planning sessions. Influence technology investment decisions and business case development.

Solution Architecture

Own end-to-end SAP BRIM solution architecture. Define target-state architecture for: Subscription Order Management (SOM). Convergent Charging (CC). Convergent Invoicing (CI). Contract Accounting and Receivables Management (FI-CA). Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR). Ensure scalable and future-proof architecture designs. Lead architecture review boards and design governance activities. Establish integration strategies between SAP and third-party platforms.

Delivery Leadership

Lead large-scale global SAP BRIM programs. Oversee implementation delivery teams across multiple regions. Manage architecture standards and implementation quality. Guide teams through solution design, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Mitigate delivery risks and resolve complex program issues.

Client Relationship Management

Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. Engage with CIO, CTO, CFO, and Revenue Operations leadership teams. Present solution strategies and architecture recommendations. Support contract negotiations and program governance activities.

Business Development

Participate in pre-sales and pursuit activities. Lead RFP/RFI responses. Create solution estimations and delivery plans. Conduct executive-level demonstrations and solution presentations. Contribute to revenue and growth targets.

• Experience leading global transformation initiatives valued at £10M+.
