SAP ABAP Developer (HCM Time)

We are currently supporting a leading organisation in France that is looking to engage an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Techno-Functional Consultant to support and optimise their SAP ECC Time Management landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term project, working within a complex SAP ECC environment and supporting critical HR and Time Management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements related to SAP HCM Time Management
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP HCM solutions
• Configure and support SAP Time Management modules
• Lead workshops, demonstrations and business discussions
• Participate in end-to-end implementation activities including design, testing and go-live support
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules
• Customise schemas and rules to meet business requirements
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation
• Support compliance with labour regulations and internal policies
• Deliver user training and post-go-live support
• Resolve Time Management incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Drive continuous improvements across the SAP HCM landscape

Required Skills

• Strong SAP HCM Time Management configuration experience
• Solid understanding of HR business processes
• Experience working within SAP ECC environments
• ABAP HR writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience supporting live production environments

Languages

• Fluent French (mandatory)

Contract Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 Months + extension potential
• Location: La Garenne-Colombes (2 days onsite, Monday & Wednesday)
• Remote: 3 days per week
