Salesforce Tech Lead

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Core
• Strong expertise in:
  • Service Cloud
  • Apex
  • Flows

Order Management Systems (OMS)

• Significant experience with Salesforce OMS is preferred
• Alternatively, expertise with one of the following OMS solutions:
  • Fluent Commerce
  • IBM Sterling OMS
  • SAP OMS
  • Oracle OMS
  • Manhattan OMS
  • Distributed Order Management
• REST and SOAP APIs
• Platform Events
• SOA

CI/CD and DevOps

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Preferred Experience

• Experience in e-commerce and omnichannel environments
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead or Salesforce Architect
• Participation in international projects
• Knowledge of the retail, luxury, or consumer goods sectors is a plus
