Salesforce Program Manager (H/F)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex Salesforce programs and projects. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring Salesforce solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objective. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer stakeholders, Salesforce architects, business analysts, developers, all in an international context.

Qualifications

• An experienced project leader with 10+ years of project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing Salesforce implementations or progra
• Skilled at managing large-scale and global rollouts digital transformation initiatives, ideally within CRM ecosyste
• Comfortable working with Salesforce platform capabilities: sales cloud, service cloud, agentforce or others, and understanding their business val
• A strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholde
• Ideally, a strong experience working with offshore teams (India)
• Experienced in delivery methodologies such as agile and hybrid delivery framewor
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and risks simultaneously
• Familiar with Salesforce governance, release management, and program delivery best practic
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environme

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, resource load and team composition, statement of work
• Define project scope, objectives, timeline, resource plans, ensuring alignment with business strate
• Manage cross-functional teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact delivery
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce implementation, including governance, release management and quality assurance
• Drive stakeholders’ engagement, aligning business needs with technical solutions
• Monitor project budgets, KPIs, and delivery performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Support change management and user adoption by coordinating training, communication and rollout strategy
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability of Salesforce program
