Salesforce Operations & Incident Manager (SRE Lead)

Edenred is seeking a Salesforce Ops (SRE and Incidents) Manager to lead a team ensuring operational excellence for Salesforce-powered systems. You will drive proactive monitoring, incident detection, and resolution, reducing downtime and improving client-facing performance.
