This role is designed for an experienced QA professional specializing in Salesforce and Agentforce implementations.

• You will take ownership of testing AI-powered agents, Salesforce workflows, integrations, and data flows across complex environments.
• The position combines traditional quality assurance with conversational AI and prompt validation.
• You will assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, reliability, and business impact.
• Working closely with developers, architects, business analysts, and product teams, you will support Agile delivery from testing through production readiness.
