We are looking for a Salesforce Manager to join our office in Paris . You will lead the practice in the region and be responsible for project delivery, client relations, team building and commercial proposal development.

Your role

• Lead complex Salesforce project delivery for enterprise clients.
• Manage multi‑country operations and distributed delivery teams.
• Drive pre‑sales activities and develop compelling commercial proposals.
• Ensure successful execution of large‑scale transformation programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships.

Your profile

• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce portfolio (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, Industries, Agentforce).
• Proven experience in pre‑sales and proposal development.
• Strong leadership skills: hiring, competency building, and mentoring.
• Ability to manage multi‑geography teams and complex delivery models.
• Track record of working with enterprise clients on transformation programs.
• Fluent in French and English.
