Hiring: Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Solution Architect

Location: Paris (1–2 days/week onsite)

Language: Fluent French required

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) to lead the design and delivery of scalable field service solutions.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Lightning, Flows, Apex, and LWC
• Salesforce architecture and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft/Boomi)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Service Territories, Resource Management, and Mobile Field Service
• Fluent French is mandatory
