Salesforce Consultant
Oxford Client are looking for a Salesforce expert who can provide strategic and technical guidance on Event and Order Management modules within the SFDC Life Science Cloud.
The candidate will but not limited to: Represent Oxford Client on SDFC Advisory board for Event and order. Act as the client’s primary Advisor and product liaison with Salesforce for Events Management and Order Management capabilities within Life Science Cloud. Participate in Salesforce Advisory board providing structured feedback to influence product design and roadmap alignment with client needs. Develop a deep understanding of Viatris events, and order management processes, including current tools, workflows, and pain points. Translate business processes and gaps into clear, actionable product and functional requirements for new Event and Order Management Solutions. Advocate for client requirements with Salesforce product teams to ensure future Life Science Cloud capabilities meet Business needs and minimize client future customization. Collaborate closely with several stakeholder groups (IT, Business, Compliance, External Vendors) to align expectations and readiness for new Life Science Cloud capabilities. Support planning for implementation, testing, and rollout of Events and Order Management once capabilities become generally available. Provides guidance and expertise on Salesforce platform best practices across functional design, technical design, and feedback processes within implementations.
Musts
- 5+ years of experience in the pharma or life sciences industry , with strong understanding of commercial, medical, events, and order management processes
- Salesforce Life Science Cloud Experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM platforms , preferably within complex, global enterprise environments
- Salesforce certifications
- Proven ability to operate across business and IT teams, translating business needs into platform and product requirements
- Experience engaging with external vendors influencing product roadmaps and advocating for enterprise customer needs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse groups (business, IT, vendors, leadership)
- Comfortable working in early-stage, evolving solutions with incomplete requirements and changing roadmaps
- Fluent English, Strong Communication and Soft Skills
