Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, system integrations, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with business teams, developers, and project managers to deliver enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture and provide technical leadership for enterprise implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
• Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous platform improvements.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and technical leads.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6–8 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Visualforce
• SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce integration technologies:
• REST APIs
• SOAP APIs
• Platform Events
• Bulk API
• Experience with Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and deployment tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds:
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Marketing Cloud
• Financial Services Cloud (if applicable)
• Integration experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud integrations.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks.
