We are looking for an experienced strong Salesforce Administrator with strong CPQ expertise to support and optimise our Salesforce environment within a fast-growing SaaS organisation.

- Scalable System Design: Lead the evolution of our core data structures and Flow automations, ensuring the platform is built for long‑term performance rather than just short‑term fixes
- Migration & M&A Leadership: Act as the technical lead for CRM migrations and system consolidations, maintaining a robust, unified data model during global expansions and entity onboardings
- GTM Strategic Advisor: Partner directly with Sales, RevOps, and Finance leadership to translate high‑level business requirements into scalable technical configurations
- Revenue Operations Synergy: Collaborate with Data and RevOps teams to ensure seamless system alignment, focusing on pipeline visibility and high‑fidelity reporting across the entire customer lifecycle
- System Integrity & Performance: Drive high standards for data quality and system health, ensuring the platform remains a "source of truth" that GTM teams actually trust and adopt
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and eliminate friction points within the Salesforce ecosystem, moving beyond maintenance to champion continuous platform improvement

- Demonstrable experience working with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS or subscription‑based businesses
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle
- Experience supporting CRM migrations or integrations is highly advantageous
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success
- Change Management: Experience leading CRM integrations or migrations, ideally within the context of M&A or rapid scale‑ups
