Location
The position is based in Spain or France; therefore, candidates must be based in one of these two countries. Occasional travel to the PayFit offices in Barcelona or Paris will be required.

Objective
As a Salesforce Administrator / Business System Analyst, you will play a key role in advanced configuring a performant, optimized, business‑centric org, automating complex business processes, and managing integrations with our other tools. This role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive both platform adoption and business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, advanced configuration and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce org.
- Maintain platform stability, security, and technical health in alignment with evolving business needs.
- Design and execute large‑scale data migrations and manipulations, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis, and implement robust solutions to prevent recurring issues, including integrations with other tools.
- Collaborate and communicate directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Promote configuration and development changes through a CI/CD‑enabled deployment pipeline, following version control best practices and collaborating with the team to ensure safe, traceable, and reliable releases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Salesforce admin.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative capabilities.
- Two or more certifications (excluding “Associate” certification).
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- A strong commitment to excellence and consistently going the extra mile to build long‑term, scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset for reaching out to and collaborating with other teams and stakeholders across different departments.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
