At BD Medical – Pharmaceutical Systems, we lead innovation in drug delivery and injection technologies. Partnering with the world’s top pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, we deliver billions of devices annually across seven manufacturing sites worldwide.
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist EMEA to join our global headquarters in Grenoble—a high-impact role at the heart of our commercial operations. This position is designed for someone eager to drive sales performance, accelerate account growth, and build a strong path toward a future career in sales.
Your Impact
As a key partner to our commercial teams, you will play a critical role in enabling revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across EMEA.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to Key Account Directors on assigned accounts
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and administrative commercial activities
- Ensure timely handling of customer requests and internal coordination
- Maintain and update CRM data (Salesforce) accurately
- Support pricing updates and annual price revision processes
- Coordinate sampling activities and basic customer interactions
- Assist in resolving operational and supply chain issues
- Deliver reliable, structured, and consistent support ensuring continuity of operations
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in sales support, operations, or account management within pharma/healthcare
- Strong expertise in CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
- Solid experience in quotation management and commercial negotiation support
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare ecosystem across EMEA
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication skills in an international environment
- Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Career‑driven profile with ambition to grow into a commercial/sales role
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: €32,600‑€52,175 per annum
- Fixed base 45 k EUR with bonus and corporate benefits
