Sales Support Agent (m/f/d)

Through prospecting the objective will be the detection of projects. Thanks to an approach focused on listening, your role will be to understand the topics and challenges of our prospects. You are responsible for optimizing the sales meetings and appointments. Prospecting for new customers is one of your daily tasks. You steer and control the follow-up process with our existing customers.

You are a dynamic, autonomous and organized person with good interpersonal skills. Your listening skills, your sense of customer service and your analytical skills ensure the reliability and quality of service to your contacts. You have business curiosity and empathy towards customers, you know how to manage high-level interlocutors.
