Functieomschrijving

We search for an enthusiastic Sales Promoter Retail (M/V/X) for a client in the food sector.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Daily ambassador of the client’s brands in the retail market.
  • Manage an existing client portfolio and build long‑term relationships with store managers and owners (Carrefour, Delhaize, Spar, etc.).
  • Ensure optimal product presentation, seize commercial opportunities, and stay updated on market trends.
  • Serve as key liaison between stores and management.

Een typische werkdag

Based on a weekly schedule you visit about eight stores a day. During visits you:

  • Maintain existing relationships.
  • Discuss promotions and commercial opportunities.
  • Introduce new products and innovations.
  • Optimize assortment and visibility.
  • Negotiate placement and actions.
  • Analyze market and competitor activities.
  • Report results and actions via CRM.

Wie zoeken wij?

We want a motivated starter or someone with initial retail, merchandising or field‑sales experience. You must have:

  • Higher education in Marketing, Trade, Communication or equivalent experience.
  • Commercial mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Analytical ability and solution‑oriented approach.
  • Persistence and conviction.
  • Organizational talent and sense of responsibility.
  • Positive and professional appearance.

Profiel

  • Residence ideally in Herentals–Aarschot–Diest.
  • Willing to work actively in Antwerp, Limburg, and Vlaams‑Brabant.
  • Fluency in Dutch; good written French for internal communication.
  • Valid driving licence B.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
  • Immediately available or can start quickly.

Starting at € 2.600 per month and includes:
