Sales Supervisor
that will be responsible for France region. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Administrative Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in flat glass
- Demonstrated success in key account management
- Hands-on experience in French markets
- Hands-on experience in the flat glass, building and construction industries
- Proficient in French and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent presentation and reporting abilities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; team-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
- Well-developed networking skills and relationship-building capabilities
- Willingness and flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, analyze market trends, and deliver valuable regional insights
Job Description
- Execution of activities aimed at meeting customer needs in line with the established sales strategies for the region
- Establishment of customer communication and development of relationships within the framework of corporate culture and market/customer policies
- Ability to manage key accounts and to run the associated topics together with customer management, supply-chain, quality and environment, production, category management, R&D and all related departments
- Monitoring, reporting, and implementation of action plans for accounts’ activities up to final sales end
- Market developments, competitor analysis, tracking, and reporting
- Collection price and profitability analyses, alternative product studies
- Conducting customer visits and participating in fairs
- Implementation of arrangements and practices to increase customer satisfaction
- Research and negotiations for the creation of sales channels for new markets, customers, or new products in line with goals and strategies, reporting
- Coordination with relevant departments in the demand, order, shipment, and after-sales service process
