Overview of the Role
As a Sales Strategy Analyst, you will be part of our high‑performance Sales Strategy and Operations team, working closely with senior sales leadership across the French market. You will play a critical role in driving the business forward through data‑driven insights, executive‑ready analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. At Salesforce, this role is the start of a rewarding and highly flexible career — you'll be developed, nurtured, and grown into more senior roles within the organization, working alongside Agentforce and AI‑powered tools to shape the future of how we run our business.

Responsibilities
- Support business units with ongoing data analysis and recommendations to structure and solve complex business problems
- Drive improvements in our sales process and coverage model through scalable analytics
- Develop and deliver executive‑ready presentations to inform decisions across the fiscal year planning cycle
- Participate in key strategic initiatives to transform and shape the business for delivering growth
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, or a high‑growth technology company
- Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills, with experience analyzing complex datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL
- Ability to balance priorities and work productively in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
- Fluency in English and French
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or experience in a sales strategy and operations environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomous ways of working
- Curious, innovative, and results‑oriented with a get‑it‑done attitude
