Group Sales Strategy and Operations Director (F/M)

YOUR MISSIONS

• Lead a team of Sales strategy manager, Sales operation manager, Sales enablement manager and Sales Tools (including CRM) to develop key sales support system/processes required to achieve revenue and profitability.
• Partner closely with EXCom to set ambitious and achievable goals for sales, then put a framework in place to report, analyse and measure progress against them.
• Develop relationships and work with Sales, MDs, Marketing, Customer Care, IT, finance to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive strategic sales programs and motions.
• Lead the planning process in collaboration with Finance and run the operational cadence of activities, such as Trading meetings/ MDs meeting and support the quarterly and monthly Business reviews with Sales leaders using a common framework. Lead segmentation, territory/account planning, operational planning and offsite strategy workshops.
• Design metrics cockpit, processes and mechanisms.
• Support the evolution and implementation of sales systems and processes.
• Provide insights via external market segment research and deep dives (macro-economic issues and opportunities).
• Lead quota planning and new market segment planning.
• Support analysis of the performance of Sales to improve sales excellence and productivity.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree.
• 20 years of experience: 5 years in consultancy (McKinsey, BCG) and 15+ years in business.
• 10 years of experience working with C level stakeholders.
• Experience delivering scaled GTM motions and defining Sales strategy Go-to-market, GTM operations processes.
• 5-year experience in change management and leading teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talents and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
• English fluent.
