Group Sales Strategy and Operations Director (F/M)

Lyreco is looking for a talented and ambitious new Group Sales Strategy and Operations Director to join the team in Marly or Brussels. The senior director will report to the CGO and lead the sales strategy, operations, enablement and tools (including CRM) functions, partnering closely with the Executive Committee, local MDs and cross‑functional teams to set ambitious sales goals, design supporting frameworks, and drive execution across the organization.

Your Missions

  • Lead a team of Sales strategy manager, Sales operation manager, Sales enablement manager and Sales Tools (including CRM) to develop key sales support systems/processes required to achieve revenue and profitability.
  • Partner closely with EXCom to set ambitious and achievable sales goals and establish a framework to report, analyse and measure progress against them.
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with Sales, MDs, Marketing, Customer Care, IT and Finance to create and refine tools and processes needed to drive strategic sales programmes and motions.
  • Lead the planning process in collaboration with Finance and run the operational cadence of activities, such as trading meetings, MDs meetings, and support the quarterly and monthly business reviews with sales leaders using a common framework.
  • Lead segmentation, territory/account planning, operational planning and off‑site strategy workshops.
  • Design metrics cockpit, processes and mechanisms.
  • Support the evolution and implementation of sales systems and processes.
  • Provide insights via external market segment research and deep dives (macro‑economic issues and opportunities).
  • Lead quota planning and new market segment planning.
  • Support analysis of sales performance to improve sales excellence and productivity.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree
  • 20 years of experience: 5 years in consultancy (McKinsey, BCG) and 15+ years in business.
  • 10 years of experience working with C‑level stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering scaled GTM motions and defining sales strategy Go‑to‑market, GTM operations processes.
  • 5‑year experience in change management and leading teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import/export talents and ideas to achieve broader goals.
  • English fluent
