Progressive Recovery is a national leader in non‑narcotic, regenerative solutions for pain management. We work directly with physicians serving patients in Workers’ Compensation, Medicare, VA, and personal injury sectors. Our mission is to help them deliver effective care with cutting‑edge devices like ultrasound therapy, cold compression systems, and wound vacs.

Role And Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with physician practices (e.g., Workers’ Compensation, Medicare, VA, Personal Injury)
• Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting to onboarding
• Educate providers on billing processes, device benefits, and patient outcomes
• Maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline
• Stay informed on clinical data, treatment outcomes, and market trends
• Collaborate with the Progressive Recovery team to share insights and ideas for growth
• Help identify new opportunities to expand product offerings or market reach

Job Requirements

• Existing book of medical device business with physician relationships
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation, Medicare, VA, and personal injury sectors – medical device sales, billing processes, and clinical workflows
• Proven experience in B2B medical device sales
• DME industry knowledge required
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills; well spoken, coachable, and professional
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Tech‑savvy – familiarity with CRMs, video demos, and digital tools
• Thrives in a goal‑focused environment with guaranteed base pay and uncapped earning potential through commissions
