Sales Specialist, Benelux Region
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join the French Speaking and Benelux team, based in Paris. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in the financial markets , with strong knowledge of financial products (ideally within the ETF industry ) and a good knowledge of the Benelux ecosystem . This role reports directly to the Head of FSR and Benelux Regions and plays a key part in expanding WisdomTree’s presence across the Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherland wealth and institutional landscape .
The successful candidate will play a key role in executing our strategy, building and maintaining client relationships across Benelux region, and contributing to the growth of our regional business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Wealth and Institutional Market Coverage
- Drive sales and relationship‑management activities across the Benelux wealth and intermediary market, ensuring deep national coverage and supporting product distribution.
- Develop, strengthen, and accelerate relationships with institutional clients across the Benelux region, identifying new business opportunities while maximizing growth within existing partnerships.
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Execute the FSR & Benelux regional sales strategy through targeted outreach, relationship development, and regional coverage.
- Generate net new assets and expand WisdomTree’s ETF market share in the Benelux region.
- Generate, qualify, and convert new business leads to support a strong sales pipeline and growth objectives.
- Contribute to achieving flow targets and identifying new market opportunities to enhance our penetration in the region.
Distribution Support & Product Awareness
- Promote WisdomTree’s full product set to intermediaries through meetings, events, and ongoing client education.
- Deliver high-quality product communication: performance updates, product benefits, portfolio use cases, and market commentary.
- Maintain transparency and consistency in client communication, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
Internal Collaboration & Data Management
- Support internal processes by maintaining a clean and accurate Salesforce database, ensuring all client interactions, leads, and opportunities are properly captured.
- Collaborate closely with the full FSR & Benelux team on sales campaigns, product initiatives, and market‑development programs.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve lead generation, regional visibility, and team efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Salesperson within the financial markets , preferably in ETFs, ETPs, or broader investment products.
- Strong understanding of Benelux Wealth & Institutional ecosystem , including advisory networks, banks, insurers and pensions funds.
- Existing client network within the Benelux wealth/ institutional market is highly appreciated.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients and networks.
- Solid understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and market dynamics.
- Fluent French and English required. Dutch speaker would be a plus.
- Attention to detail, diligence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial, collaborative and innovative mindset.
