Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develops the implementation of special campaigns for sales channels;
• Develops and executes a cold calling strategy to target prospects;
• Establishes and maintains good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
• Participate in the development and adaptation of marketing strategy;
• Maintains a database of clients by introducing a client profile and updates;
• Provides sales reports periodically and on time;
• Analysis and study of the market, competitors (eg. pricing strategy, profitability, product line strategy, internal/external policies, etc.), trends;
• Analysis of reports on customer satisfaction;
• Any other duties in connection with the assigned work.

• Responsible for sales administrative documentation, including proper contracts database;
• Any other duties in connection with the assigned work.

Requirements

• Bachelor and/or Master degree;
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
• Very good Romanian and English (written and spoken) is required; German is a plus;
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus;
