Business Developer – Plastics Processing / Plastic Injection Molding (M/F)

Joining an international company means becoming part of a major international player in on-demand manufacturing, well-established in the French market.

We are seeking a Business Developer for Plastics Processing / Plastic Injection Moulding (M/F) to expand our presence in France, support our industrial clients, and actively contribute to our growth strategy.

If you have significant and proven experience in building and developing a client portfolio, and if you enjoy traveling and meeting clients in person, then join our close-knit French team, backed by a European network.

Client visits at least 3 days a week (your territory, covering approximately one-quarter of France, will be determined based on your location) + remote work.

Your main responsibilities:

Identify and secure new strategic accounts through active prospecting and a thorough understanding of customer needs in plastic injection molding, CNC machining, 3D printing, and prototyping.

Develop and retain a B2B client portfolio in the automotive, aerospace, medical, luxury, electronics, and defense sectors, among others.

Analyze technical specifications and propose customized solutions in collaboration with our experts (tooling, injection molding, rapid prototyping, etc.).

Collaborate with project managers to develop high-value-added proposals.

Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Ensure regular and accurate tracking of your sales activities (CRM reporting, forecasting, market analysis).

Your Profile

A natural problem-solver, you are able to understand complex technical issues and turn them into tailored solutions.

You have gained experience in the industry and are well-versed in the fields of plastics processing and injection moulding. Knowledge of metal parts manufacturing would also be a plus.

Technical and Sales Skills Sought:

In-depth understanding of processes: plastic injection moulding and mould tooling.

Knowledge of rapid prototyping, 3D printing, and CNC machining is a plus.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings.

Experience in complex sales and the B2B sales cycle.

Skills in building and developing client portfolios.

Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

A drive to succeed and a results-oriented mindset.

Independence and strong organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.

Technical curiosity and a passion for innovation.
