Our client, a fast-growing and innovative organisation within the cardiovascular MedTech sector, is seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Representative to support expansion across key markets in France.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in healthcare or MedTech who is passionate about improving cardiovascular patient outcomes through innovative technologies across areas such as interventional cardiology, cardiac rhythm management, vascular interventions, structural heart, and cardiac diagnostics.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and increasing market adoption across hospitals, cardiac centres, cath labs, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve territory revenue targets across the cardiovascular product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, cath lab teams, hospitals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals to prospective customers.
  • Support market expansion initiatives and execute local commercial strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within cardiovascular healthcare.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and leadership teams to maximise commercial performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Candidate Requirements

  • 4+ years sales experience within MedTech, medical devices, or healthcare sales.
  • Exposure to cardiovascular, cardiology, vascular, structural heart, electrophysiology, or related clinical areas is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a field‑based role.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
