Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development and foster lasting client relationships in the laboratory solutions sector across France and the Benelux region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to clients ranging from research institutions to biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the French market.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Present, promote, and sell laboratory solutions (e.g., analytical instruments, diagnostic tools, and life sciences products).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for internal stakeholders.

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales , business development , or account management , ideally within laboratory solutions or scientific equipment.
  • Solid understanding of the life sciences, diagnostics, or research sectors .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while achieving team objectives.
  • Fluent in French and English ; additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events across France/Benelux region.
