Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales growth across France for I.P.P’s flexible packaging portfolio.
- Develop and execute a country‑level sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Identify, prospect and onboard new customers across food and non‑food segments.
- Manage and grow key accounts, building long‑term partnerships with clients.
- Own the full sales cycle, including pricing, negotiations, contract closure and order generation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market insights for management.
- Represent I.P.P in customer meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions as required.
Requirements
- 10‑15 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
- Proven experience managing and growing sales within the French market.
- Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, structures and applications.
- Demonstrated success in key account management, negotiation and closing complex deals.
- Results‑driven, commercially astute and able to work independently.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- Fluency in French is required; strong English communication skills are essential.
