Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a French-speaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office.

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the company's products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is essential
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
