Due to rapid expansion Mindray France has a new opportunity for a highly motivated, innovative and confident Sales Representative to join our ultra-ambitious team. This role involves understanding customer needs and driving key strategic relationships alongside senior stakeholders, with an emphasis on achievement.
Experienced in managing relationships, you will be a high-delivery, target-focused professional. Responsibilities
- You will identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Plan and manage the full relationship between the company and key accounts across the West Region of France.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Lead the joint company–strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones for a one to three-year period.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Lead solution development efforts that address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers.
Key Measures Of Success
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by the company.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
What are we looking for in you?
- Comprehensive sales experience is essential, but personality matters.
- Expert knowledge of the West France medical device market with established hospital and clinic relationships.
- Demonstrated sales achievement and hunger to achieve more.
- Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to address customer requests through strong listening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for building strong client relationships.
- Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Flexible to travel as required.
- Ability to work across France without requiring company visa sponsorship.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
