Join one of the fastest‑growing med‑tech companies worldwide. This role is for a highly motivated, innovative, and confident Sales Representative who will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive key strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for ultrasound products within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals, to drive product adoption and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients with support from application and service engineers, showcasing the features and benefits of our PMLS products.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with local and EU teams.

Key Measures of Success

  • Sales Performance: Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: High levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Penetration: Expansion of market share within the assigned territory.
  • Lead Conversion: Successful conversion of leads into long‑term customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in PMLS features and clinical applications.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales with mandatory experience in PMLS (Patient Monitoring Life Support) and knowledge of patient monitoring, infusion or ventilation in ICU or operating room.
  • Based in the southwest region with solid knowledge of local hospitals and clinics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in medical technology is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to a non‑technical audience.
  • Self‑motivated, capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer‑oriented, passionate about building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Ability to work across France without requiring company visa sponsorship.
  • Fluency in French and acceptable level in English.
