At Trixie, we are looking for a driven Sales Representative (France – South‑East region) who does not just close deals, but also creates opportunities. Someone who enjoys opening new doors with retailers and securing shelf space for a playful, design‑led brand that sparks imagination for families around the world.

This is not a “standard” sales role. This is your chance to represent fun, design‑focused products in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment where creativity and ambition go hand in hand.

A snapshot of your responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and onboard new retail partners in your region : from independent boutiques to regional retail chains, with a clear focus on strengthening our local market presence.
  • Negotiate and close tailored contracts and collaborations , balancing commercial sharpness with clear, warm communication and a solution‑oriented approach.
  • Track sales performance, customer results and market trends to spot opportunities, adjust actions and stay ahead of the competition. You combine data with real market intuition.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service and logistics) to ensure smooth execution: from order to delivery, with excellent customer satisfaction. You will also represent Trixie at trade fairs and industry events to expand your network and strengthen brand presence.

Your profile

Must-haves

  • A proven hunter mindset : you spot opportunities, go after them, and enjoy winning new business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills , enabling you to influence key stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
  • A customer‑first mindset: you think in solutions and focus on creating clear added value.
  • You will be spending a lot of time on the road, looking for new opportunities! The ability to work independently and flexible , to stay motivated, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is very important.
  • First experience in B2B sales is a plus (consumer goods, lifestyle, or baby/kids’ sector is a bonus), but not required if you can demonstrate the right talent and drive.

Nice-to-haves

  • Based in South‑East France .
  • Experience in a creative or entrepreneurial company culture .
  • Native French , and ideally a good command of English .
