Sales Representative — France (Retail)

About The Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Representative based in France to own and grow our retail client portfolio. You'll leverage your existing network of retail accounts in France, drive new business development, and represent us with clients internationally. This is a high-ownership role for someone who already knows the French retail landscape inside out and is ready to take their book of business to the next level.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing with retail clients across France
• Activate and grow your existing client base within the French retail sector (grande distribution, GMS/GSA/GSS, specialty retail)
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new retail accounts alongside existing relationships
• Travel internationally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed
• Serve as the voice of the French market internally — sharing client feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline

Must-haves

What We're Looking For

• Based in France with full working rights
• Fluent French and business-fluent English (both are non-negotiable — you'll work with French clients and international teams daily)
• Proven sales experience in the retail industry, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• An established, active client base within the French retail sector that you can engage from day one
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (valid passport, flexibility for regular travel)
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience selling to grands comptes / key accounts in grande distribution
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience working with international or cross-border teams
• Additional European languages
