Sales Representative France, Refrigerants

Darment Oy is a Finnish refrigeration wholesaler located in Helsinki. We offer first‑class refrigeration products to the maintenance, contracting and manufacturing industries across Europe, with a portfolio that includes more than 7,000 products for refrigeration professionals.

We are looking for a dynamic and result‑oriented Sales Representative or Independent Agent to drive our refrigerant sales in France.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for refrigerant products with an initial focus on the French market.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing wholesale partners in France, actively supporting their business growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, progressively expanding the customer base to major contractors as the market evolves.
• Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to proactively identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Leverage insights from a comprehensive European refrigerant market study to refine strategy and prioritize key target segments within France.
• Plan and actively participate in key trade fairs, inviting prospective and existing clients to our stand and engaging in meaningful partnership discussions.
• Travel regularly to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent Darment in the French market.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the industrial sector, preferably within the refrigerant or refrigeration industry.
• Strong understanding of the French customer landscape, including key manufacturers, industrial players and contractors.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within France.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in client relationship management, ensuring alignment with company interests and protection of key accounts.
• Self‑motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Solid background in the refrigeration or refrigerant business.
