Responsibilities
- Manage existing clients and develop new customers in France’s life science sector, including research institutions, pharmaceutical companies and testing organizations, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
- Formulate and implement regional sales plans, undertake product promotion, business negotiation, order processing and payment collection work, and ensure the completion of annual sales targets.
- Follow up on government procurement and corporate bidding projects in France, including collecting tender information, drafting bid documents, aligning technical parameters and signing contracts, with familiarity in local bidding laws and regulations.
- Investigate and analyze the market dynamics, potential customer demands and competitor information of the life science industry in France, and provide suggestions for the company’s business decision-making.
- Participate in planning and executing local industry exhibitions and academic seminars, cooperate with the headquarters and various departments, and improve the brand visibility in the European market.
Requirements
- Hold a doctoral degree in biotechnology or related majors.
- Candidates with a technical background or working experience in the medical industry are preferred.
- Possess excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in French, and be able to use English as a working language.
- Have strong pressure resistance and self-motivation, dare to undertake business development from scratch, and own outstanding communication and coordination capabilities.
- Be a long-term resident in France, familiar with local business etiquette and cultural atmosphere; candidates with local personal connections are preferred.
