The Role
We are looking for a driven and charismatic Sales Representative to lead our expansion in the Italian market .
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a key role in accelerating the school’s growth and strengthening our footprint across Europe. This is a high-impact position where you will act as a brand ambassador for our institution, building strong relationships and inspiring the next generation of Italian airline pilots.
Your mission: To grow our student base in Italy by promoting our premium training programs and guiding prospective students throughout their journey from initial interest to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify incoming enquiries through the CRM system, converting prospects into signed training agreements
- Conduct remote video interviews with prospective students, assessing their motivation and suitability
- Drive and promote the company’s commercial activities while ensuring full alignment with brand values and client commitments
- Consistently achieve sales targets and operate in line with the company’s strategic objectives
- Plan, organise, and represent the company at trade fairs, open days, and industry events across Europe
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the recruitment journey
You must have:
- A minimum Bac+2 degree (or equivalent), with a first successful experience in sales
- Native Italian proficiency
- Professional proficiency in either French or English
- Experience in the aviation sector would be a strong advantage
